Peak Surf Park is planned within the broader Two Rivers development near Wesley Chapel. Pasco County commissioners have approved the comprehensive-plan amendment and rezoning associated with the expansion that includes the surf park, clearing an important land-use hurdle. The project still must move through site planning, permitting and construction. A 2027 opening has been discussed by the developer but is not yet a confirmed opening date.
